The love for Christian music and concerts got Cameron interested in organizing Christian events. In 2004, the vision of Next Level Productions was birthed as a local, part time ministry. Working full time as a secular business man he was met with many obstacles but he forged ahead and trusted God with the vision and left the security of a long-term, successful business career. Now just a few years later the ministry of Next Level Productions is creating encounters with God all over the globe.

While he is the newest team member to join Next Level, Brad is not new to the world of Christian Media. In the mid 80's he worked on the executive staff for the PTL Television Network and Heritage USA in Charlotte, N.C. In 1991 he moved to S. Florida where he pioneered Business Development in non-commercial Christian radio that now has become industry standards. In 2008, he helped establish the Christian FM Radio Network, a leader in providing Christian programming, he served as the Executive Vice-President. Brad loves Jesus, family and sports. He and his wife, Heidi have 9 children and has coached and mentored thousands of young people.

Linda Frisard

Linda Frisard

Linda was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. With music and hospitality being an integral part of the New Orleans culture, it only makes sense that these attributes are what feed her soul.

Linda accepted Christ into her heart at the age of 12, but didn’t really “get it” till later. At the age of 25, Linda moved to Orlando, FL, and that is when her real relationship with Christ began. A few years following, someone invited her to a Christian Concert, and it was there that her heart truly came alive! She knew at that very moment, this was something she had to do … to help others have that same experience!

Music creates an emotional response. And when you watch and listen to hundreds and thousands of voices uniting in praise to God, it’s so powerful.

Prior to joining the Next Level team, Linda owned and operated a professional wedding & event planning business for over 12 years. She has worked in the hospitality and event industry all her adult life. And in addition, she’s also a team member at Universal Studio’s Orlando, where she has worked for over 15 years.

Anne Mays

Anne Mays

Anne was born in Concord, MA, and moved to sunny Florida at age 13!! She graduated from Orange Park High School, and went to college at Samford University. Anne accepted Christ at 6 years of age. She has been married to Cameron for 23 years, and they have three a"mays"ing kids - Warren, Austin and Erin.

In addition to being an integral part of the Next Level Team, she is also an English and Latin Teacher at Master's Academy in Vero Beach, FL! She loves to read a good book on a rainy day. Here favorite candy is Milky Way Simply Caramel (yummy!).

Mike Warner

Mike Warner

Michael was born in Lynn, Massachusetts and chose to move to Florida with his parents and grandparents on a dismal blizzard like day in February of 1988. His moving story “An Adventure in Moving” is crazy and almost unbelievable. Michael is married to his lovely wife and amazing cook Denise. Michael and Denise have a beautiful daughter Brittani, age 22, who is attending college and working nearly a full time job at the same time. Occasionally Brittani is able to attend some of the concerts when her busy schedule allows.

Michael met the Next Level Family in March of 2010 as he was performing his role as Technical Director for Calvary Assembly of God in Winter Park. Since that day Michael has been busy supporting Next Level Productions with his vast experience and knowledge of Concerts & Live Event Production. Michael graduated from Lynn Classical HS in 1986 and in the same year attended the Connecticut School of Broadcasting which he also graduated from in 1986. At CSB, Michael was chosen to be 1 of 30 elite students out of over a thousand which applied to attend the very first class at CSB for high school seniors. By trade, Michael is a Live Audio/Sound Engineer. At each Next Level event, Michael is very busy and you may find him almost anywhere. Early in the day he is directing the production trucks where to park followed by hooking up the production crew to the generators for power. All day long he is extremely conscientious for the safety of everyone as well as the facility which we are guests in. Just before the concert begins Michael leads the Security team and provides direction to the team. Once the concert begins, Michael is still busy paying attention to the details and affirming the safety of everyone including the concert attendees. Once each concert ends, Michael carefully directs and supports everyone involved to an efficient and safeload out.

Eddie Lechner

Security, Driver, Construction & Logistical Needs

(Eddie) "I was born in Africa, the land of music and dance. I however was not gifted in this way! Construction is what I do best, and if anything needs building or fixing I can do it. I love helping out at concerts, the closest way for me to hear the music and see how lives are transformed before my eyes. Each concert is a huge blessing to me and to those who are there to experience them!"
